Flower Casita is a florist and event designer located in downtown Petaluma, CA. We strongly believe in all natural products and source our flowers from the surrounding farms and use organic products whenever possible.
We will go over the event details, budget, guest count, and theme. We will also discuss rentals and services we offer along with event timelines.
Final Details Phone Consultation
We will discuss any loose ends for the upcoming event. All changes, add-ons, and rentals will be finalized in this phone call. We will also finalize the venue details and point of contact for the day of the event.
Initial In Person Consultation
Some prefer their consultation to be held in person. As we do offer over the phone consultations we also offer in person for those who are more visual driven. We will discuss the details of the event, venue, guest count, budget, and theme.
On Site Visit and Walk Through
Our wedding consultant will meet the client at the event venue. We will go over the design aspect for each part of the event. Walkthrough site visits help the client and the florist share their ideas and collaborate on a design.
In Person Sample Meeting
The client will come into the shop and see a sample of what our designs will be for the event. Generally, sample meetings are meant to show what we will be designing for the client. This would be a good time to discuss any changes in the design before the day of the event.

Large Display Install
General meeting for miscellaneous ideas, future projects, or events.
