We strive to educate and provide training to help athletes get bigger, stronger, faster. SPSC Strength & Conditioning Promotes the integration of proven scientific training principles into practice for athletes and the general public for peak performance.

Assessment
Includes customized rehabilitation workout plan specifically for the individual. Full body composition and athletic fitness testing (if required). - Rehabilitation and Strength Training - Posture work (including mobility and flexibility) for the hip and thoracic back. - Active Release/Myofascial Release - Spinal decompression All sessions 1 hour in length. Our Staff

Moses Vega
Moses obtained a Sports Science Diploma from Douglas College and a Kinesiology Degree from the University of British Columbia. His degree in Kinesiology and his athletic career in track and field in the 100m and 200m disciplines gave Moses the experience of working in the athletic field as a coach and athlete. ​Moses was also a Student trainer with the UBC men’s hockey team and the Vancouver Canucks. He is currently a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach for athletes of all levels and is helping people accomplish their fitness goals with training and education to improve physical literacy in all. Moses specializes in strength, speed and power for performance in sports. He also coaches track & field where he has experience both as an athlete and coach for over five years. As a Strength & Conditioning Coach he hold the following certifications: B.KIN - UBC CSCS - NSCA RCPT - NSCA ​FMS - NCCP
