FAT LOSS ASSESSMENT / BIOSIGNATURE READING
Biosignature Modulation tells you where you store fat and why based off of hormones. Once we know where you predominantly store fat we can put together a protocol to safely and effectively lower it.
STRENGTH / STRUCTURAL BALANCE ASSESSMENT
To establish a baseline of your strengths and to identify where you're weak. This helps to know how to effectively write your training programs that are best for you and the strength aspect of the test establishes a point of reference we can later use to show your improvements.
