EDUCATIONAL CUPPING FOR SELF MYOFASCIAL RELEASE WORKSHOP

Cupping therapy is a safe and effective ancient healing treatment that is used by millions of people worldwide. Using negative pressure, or suction, the cups facilitate soft tissue release by lifting and loosening adhesions. This breaks up stagnation, moves interstitial fluids, and is a very effective form of lymphatic drainage along with myofascial release. You will leave this workshop with a full set of cups and through hands-on applied practice, the knowledge of how to use a technique called "moving cupping" safely on yourself to improve circulation of body fluids. This technique is beneficial for many conditions that result from impaired movement of fluids under the skin.
