Empty Chair Gestalt Intensive with Adela

f you have ‘unfinished business’ that you’re ready to work through in a focused 2.5-3 hour session, this intensive may be for you: -you have relationship issues & conflict (you may bring your partner) -patterns that don’t change -you struggle with addictive behaviors -you’re co-dependent in your relationships -you’re an adult child of an alcoholic/ addicted parent -have specific issue you’re ready to work through quickly & effectively We will roll our sleeves up and face the core issues, come to a place of understanding and begin healing. Bring a journal and whatever helps your comfort level, such as comfortable clothes, water etc. If you haven’t worked with Adela before, please schedule a couple of individual sessions first. Each session will be designed specifically to your needs. It may include energy or sound healing or meditation as optional tools to integrate.
