This is a bundle visit that includes a new patient telethealth visit with Dr. Wingrove's Nurse Practitioner Mariah to discuss symptom history, review relevant outside records, and get any necessary workup started prior to setting up a follow up visit with Dr. Wingrove. It also includes a year-long account to Creyos Neurocognitive Testing and Creyos Cognitive Care Plan to get baseline questionnaires and cognitive domain testing that can be trended over time. $600 for the bundle, that separately would total $650.

Creyos Neurocognitive Testing (Online Testing from Home)

The $150 is a 1-full year account fee for computer-based neurocognitive testing that produces a scientifically-validated report. Each Creyos cognitive domain task is validated through functional brain imaging technologies like functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) and positron emission tomography (PET), and a database of over 8 million test scores. The full test assessment takes about 40 minutes and link will be emailed to take from home at your preferred time. Frequency of testing as requested by patient or recommended by Dr. Wingrove to evaluate for improvements, decline, or stability over time. Discussion of test results done as part of a scheduled visit.
