Strength and Conditioning Session

Each program will begin with a comprehensive one hour assessment of biomechanics, functional strength screen, dynamic joint stability assessment, soft tissue and joint mobility assessment, review of performance goals, injury history and objective findings. We will design a customized strength and conditioning program for you to meet your sports performance goals.

Hannah George, DPT, PT

Hannah received her doctorate of physical therapy from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. Prior to earning her doctorate, she attended Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon, where she earned a bachelor of science in kinesiology and developed her desire to serve others. Hannah’s advanced training in movement analysis, strength and conditioning principles, and pain science contribute to her patient-centered approach. With a background in softball and the overhead athlete, she strives to address deficits limiting performance. Hannah has experience working with a wide array of patients, including athletes at all levels and ages, individuals with MS, ALS, and spinal cord injuries. As a Redmond, OR native, Hannah enjoys backpacking, hiking, triathlon, and spending time with family and friends. Her competitive nature keeps her motivated and always looking for a new physical challenge, whether it be half-marathons, triathlons, or climbing mountains.

Mandon Welch, MSPT, PT

Mandon is a licensed physical therapist with a 18 years of experience working as an orthopedic physical therapist and more than a decade practicing in Bend, OR. Mandon specializes in orthopedics, biomechanics, and strength and sports performance with all levels.

Matt Braga, MSPT, PT

Matt earned his bachelor's degree in psychology at the University of Washington followed by a Master's of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of the Pacific. In his 24 years as an orthopedic physical therapist, Matt has completed extensive continuing education including advanced manual therapy training, biomechanics and pain science. His career has included such titles as Anatomy Instructor as well as the Director of Rehabilitation of both Teton Physical Therapy and St. John's Medical Center in Jackson, WY. His passion for golf has led to a niche in golf swing analysis and movement corrective exercises. Matt prides himself on his thoroughness, relationship building and results driven care.
