The inspector will come to the home and inspect room by room. You are welcome to be present for the full 3 hour inspection, but typically we ask that you arrive for the last hour of the appointment to complete a walkthrough and go over the findings with the inspector as well as any questions you may have. New Construction Pre-Walkthrough inspection
Inspector will visit the property and do a pre-walkthrough with the builder or soon-to-be homeowner to look for possible construction issues or items that may have been missed or completed poorly. We also help ensure appliances have been installed correctly if they are on the premises and check their functionality. These inspections also include a heat mapping if the home is finished to show insulation quality, and if the homeowner has any heat escaping the building envelope.
1 in 3 Utah homes have high radon gas levels and need radon mitigation The EPA State: "Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer after smoking and to fix homes where radon levels are 4.0 pCi/L or greater. A radon level below 4.0 pCi/L still poses a risk, so still consider fixing when between 2.0 and 4.0 pCi/L. The higher the home’s radon level, the greater the health risk to you and your family.” If your level was between 2.0 and 4.0 pCi/L, please note radon levels in cold weather months (Nov-Mar) may be significantly higher and you should consider retesting in a cold month to verify radon levels."

Inspector will come out to the property and through the use of dye packs and testing, the inspector will be able to provide a detailed look at the well/septic system and help determine if there are any leaks.
