Biofield Tuning

All physical, mental and emotional disorders can be perceived as "dissonance" in our electrical system. Tuning is able to locate, diminish and resolve this dissonance and in doing so, alleviate and even eradicate the corresponding physical, mental and/or emotional symptoms. During a Tuning session, a client lies fully clothed on a treatment table while the practitioner activates a tuning fork and scans the biofield slowly, beginning from about six feet away. The practitioner is:   • feeling for resistance and turbulence in the client's field  • listening for a change in the overtones and undertones of the tuning fork When the practitioner encounters a turbulent area he/she continues to activate the tuning fork and hold it in that specific spot. Research suggests the body's organizing intelligence uses the steady coherent vibrational frequency of the tuning fork to "tune" itself. In short l, the dissonance resolves and the sense of resistance gives way. This appears to correspond to the release of tension with the body. People relax and breathe more freely and the body enters into an increased state of flow.

Neurosomatic Therapy

Neurosomatic Therapy (NST) is a type of therapy that aims to relieve pain and improve movement by addressing the underlying causes of musculoskeletal dysfunction. The body’s muscles, bones, and connective tissues all work together in a complex system, and dysfunction in one area can affect the rest of the body. The NST Specialist is highly trained in how the body’s muscles and bones work together, are able to identify areas of dysfunction and develop effective treatment plans. Additionally, NST Specialists recognize that the mind and body are interconnected and that emotional and psychological factors can also play a role in musculoskeletal dysfunction. NST practitioners are trained to take a holistic approach to healthcare, addressing both physical and emotional factors to provide a comprehensive and effective treatment. Neurosomatic Therapy can provide a variety of benefits, including pain relief, improved movement, and increased overall well-being by addressing the underlying causes of musculoskeletal dysfunction. It can also improve movement patterns and flexibility, making it easier to perform daily activities and preventing future injury. In addition to physical benefits, NST can also have a positive impact on emotional well-being by recognizing the connection between the mind and body which reduces stress and anxiety, improves mood, and promotes a sense of relaxation and overall well-being. Overall, the results of NST can be highly individualized and depend on the specific needs and goals of each client. However, many people report significant improvements in pain, mobility, and overall quality of life after undergoing NST treatment.

A trained oncology massage therapist makes adaptations for: Fatigue Peripheral neuropathy Low blood cell counts Blood clots Bone pain Bone metastases Radiation or surgery Removal of lymph nodes Lymphedema Medications Medical devices Late effects of treatment Unlike many massage applications, oncology massage is not a series of techniques or applied protocols. Sacred Breath

Guided breathing mediation for anyone looking to release stuck patterns in their lives, traumatic events, and emotions held deep within the mind and body.  This 3-stage rhythm helps calm the brain and allows clients to experience a connection to their bodies. Not “good at mediation”? This session is meant for you! During the meditation clients become more aware of buried emotion and deep-seated trauma while identifying the necessary steps toward healing those wounds.  Results vary from person to person, but most clients report a reduced level of anxiety, a sense of being consciously present and connected, and in many cases having had “a spiritual experience” — often for the very first time. Self-judgment is reduced, self-love is achieved, and most importantly, clients gain awareness that they have the power to generate the same sense of relief. Some report a rise in energy, and you might start to vibrate and feel your energy very clearly.   The breath is the fast-track to achieve what years of therapy cannot, mental and physical healing! It is important that you are comfortable so be sure to wear comfortable clothing.

Cupping Therapy & Massage Combo

Cupping made its way to modern society primarily due to the 2006 Olympics, but has been used since ancient times. Cupping uses a negative pressure that draws the tissue up inside of the cup which, in-turn, takes the stress off of any structures below, like nerves, fascia, organs and muscular tissue. This “suction” brings fresh blood flow and nutrients to the area which aids in the healing process of the area.  Depending on the goals of the service, manual hands-on work is combined with different styles of cups to relax the muscles and the body and increase flexibility. The cups we use can be used stationary over or next areas of dysfunction and pain, in a massage-like movement pattern, and/or stationary with stretching incorporated to really bring mobility back to the body.  It is very important to note that the detox symptoms can be worse if the client is dehydrated so be sure to drink plenty of water before and after the session.
