This service is for athletes looking to increase their performance: -Mobility Training -Speed Training -Vertical Jump Training -Agility Training -Sports Specific Training -Injury Prevention Sessions are one hour and thirty minutes long and include -15 minutes of mobility training (arrive prior to scheduled time) 30 minutes of speed, power, and agility -45 minutes of strength training
Free Flow: Personal Training
This service is for personal training clients looking to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle. Training will include: 15 minutes of mobility (arrive 15 minutes before scheduled appointment) 30 minutes of cardio (one-on-one with instructor) 45 minutes of weight training (provided via Teambuildr app)
Free Flow: Group Training
Group Training is for small groups from 2-5 maximum. This is designed to increase speed, power, agility, and correct assymetries in muscular strength. This service includes: 15 minutes of mobility (arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment) 30 minutes of speed, power, and agility 45 minutes of strength training and corrective exercise Group prices are as follows: 2 people - 20.00 per person 3 people - 15 dollars per person 4 people - 12.50 per person
