However, if you have out-of-network coverage you may be able to get reimbursed for your visit by submitting an itemized receipt to your insurance that I am happy to provide to you. I also accept Medical Reimbursement Acounts (MRA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards as well as cash and major credit cards.

Our Services

New Patient Assessment
A thorough exam will be done to assess your injury and treatment plan will be developed. For new patients or returning patients of Dr. Barnes who have not been to Motus Clinic.
Follow-Up Session
50 minute active rehab/treatment session. For returning patients only.
Quick Follow-Up Session
Focused 30 minute session for patients that need a quick tune-up. If you have more than one issue please book a regular follow up session as more time is needed.
Intro to Foundational Strength Training
3 one-on-one sessions where you will learn the fundamental lifts for effective strength training: Squat, Bench Press, Overhead Press, Deadlift. Includes 4 weeks of programming and weekly remote feedback on form. If more than 4 weeks is recommended monthly personalized programming is available after the first 4 weeks.

Natasha Barnes
Dr. Barnes graduated from a 4 year doctorate program at Palmer West Chiropractic School in San Jose, CA in 2012 with a specialty in physiotherapy, rehabilitation and orthopedic sports medicine. She is an official ClinicalAthlete provider.
