Prenatal Massage
Massage specifically for pregnant women. It is a healthy way to reduce stress, body discomfort, swelling, and pain due to body changes. Must be at least 12 weeks along with the pregnancy.
Prenatal Massage
Myofascial Release
A manipulative treatment that attempts to release tension in the fascia due to trauma, posture, or inflammation. Connective tissue called fascia, surrounds the muscles, bones, nerves, and organs of the body. Points of restriction in the fascia can place a great deal of pressure on nerves and muscles, causing chronic pain.
Myofascial Release
Hot Stone Massage
Massage that uses heated lava stones to relax sore muscles and ease tension. Heat causes blood vessels to expand, increasing circulation and releasing toxins.
Hot Stone Massage
Cupping Therapy
An ancient Chinese form of alternative medicine. Special cups are placed on specific parts of the body, using vacuum therapy. They are left on for several minutes. Amazing way of bridging the gap between superficial fascia and deep rigid tissue. Some of its many purposes are to reduce pain, inflammation, increase blood flow, increase mobility, break up scar tissue, and promote relaxation and well being. The cups do create "cup kisses". They go away in about a week. They are not bruises.
CBD Massage
Massage using Cannabinoid Oil. We use top of the line "CBD Clinic" brand massage oil. It's an amazing analgesic and anti-inflammatory that reduces chronic pain. All organic. Contains peppermint and camphor oil. CBD infused massages prolong the therapeutic effects.
