Personal training sessions can last for 45 minutes to an hour. For wrestlers, the focus is entirely on your specific needs that help you address technical problem areas. Learn high level technique to reach a new level. Bring in a partner.
Personal Training Package | 10 Sessions
10 sessions which need to be used at least 1x per week. The package breakdown is $60 a session. This allows you to reach your goals and create personal improvement. Personal training sessions can last for 45 minutes to an hour. Sessions may be stacked if an hour and a half is needed. For wrestlers, the focus is entirely on your specific needs that help you address technical problem areas. Learn high level technique to reach a new level. Bring in a partner.

20 sessions which need to be used at least 2x per week. The package breakdown is $50 a session. This allows you to reach your goals and create personal improvement. Personal training sessions can last for 45 minutes to an hour. Sessions may be stacked if an hour and a half is needed. Group Training
Technique or lifting/conditioning session. At least 4 athletes needed for a group rate, pricing is per student. Max 2 hours.

Katherine Shai
Katherine Shai is a 5x National Team wrestler for Team USA and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She was an alternate for the 2012 and 2016 Olympic Games, and has made her return to competition after a 2.5 year break. She trains full time out of DCOMMA in Westminster, CO. She has experience working with all age groups and has traveled the world competing and coaching.
