New Client Consultations
New Client Consultations are perfect for new clients who want to explore the custom process and Kipper's offerings. In this one-on-one appointment, a Kipper stylist will lead you through a discussion of your current style or event aesthetic and how we can work together to make your sartorial vision come to life. This 30 min appointment is a flat $50 fee. This amount will be deducted from your first payment of any custom garment created in the future.* We recommend bringing in images of outfits or color palettes that you like or want to use as inspiration. Your Kipper stylist will use these images to guide you towards complimentary fabric and design options while educating you about the basics of sartorial design. Note: bringing in images is NOT REQUIRED to come to your appointment. *Kipper is dedicated to accessibility and fostering a safe space for everyone. If the New Client Consultation fee is restrictive, please contact us about our other options.
45min Custom Appointment (Shirts, Denim & Pants)
This appointment is designed for new client wanting to design shirts, denim or trouser separates or for returning clients with current measurements. Please book a 1hr 30min appointment if you are a new client wanting to create your first custom suit, suit + waistcoat/vest, tuxedo, suit separates or complete unique outfit.
1hr30min Custom Appointment (Suits, Tuxedos, Blazers, Suits+Waistcoats)
This appointment is for a new client wanting to create their first custom suit, waistcoat, tuxedo, or blazer. A Kipper stylist who will guide you through cloth selection, garment design and the fitting & measurement process. Please book a 45 min appointment if you are a new client only looking for shirts or denim or a returning clients with current measurements. We recommend bringing in images of outfits or color palettes that you like or want to use as inspiration. Your Kipper stylist will use these images to guide you towards complimentary fabric and design options while educating you about the basics of sartorial design. Note: Bringing in images is NOT REQUIRED to come to your appointment.
2hr Custom Appointment (2+ clients designing outfits)
This appointment is for multiple new clients to design individual outfits simultaneously. For example, book this appointment if you are a couple designing matching or not matching wedding outfits or if you need an entire wedding party to be fitted in the same appointment. Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if 3+ people are in your party. We recommend bringing in images of outfits or color palettes that you like or want to use as inspiration. Your Kipper stylist will use these images to guide you towards complimentary fabric and design options while educating you about the basics of sartorial design. Note: bringing in images is NOT REQUIRED to come to your appointment.
Fitting Appointment w/ Completed Garments
This appointment is for clients to try on their custom garments and discuss the fit with a Kipper stylist. If adjustments need to be made, then the stylist will pin and chalk the garment for alteration by our in-house tailor. Every round of alterations takes 1-2 weeks to complete. Please be aware of this when scheduling your fitting.
Final Try On and Pick Up
This appointment is for clients who have completed a Fitting Appointment and try on their garments after alterations. At this appointment you will discuss the finalized fit with a Kipper stylist, discuss garment care and take your garments home.
Virtual Styling Session (Remote Clients Only)
This is a 15 min phone call or Skype session with a Kipper stylist to discuss your remote Kipper order and answer any questions. This appointment is for every remote client at any stage of the custom process - beginning consultation, measurement and design help, final product fitting, etc. These sessions are complimentary with your purchase of Kipper garments. If you are a new client who wants to begin the process of creating a custom outfit remotely, please email us at info@kipperclothiers.com with your contact information, what garments you are looking for and your optimal timeline or special event date.
Customer Service Check-In
This appointment is for clients who want to check-in with a Kipper stylist about their active order and next steps. These quick check-ins are great for clients who have strict event timelines, for clients to give feedback about their purchase and for clients with unique shipping needs. Please book these appointments at least 24-48 hours in advance - this will allow us time to get accurate timelines from our master tailors. Most clients prefer a phone call appointment, but please let us know if you would prefer email or text correspondence. An email will be sent to you after the Check-In with an outline of our discussion and next steps with your order.
