Jazmine’s practice is an energetic integration of Swedish, Shiatsu & Thai– focusing on stretching and exploring range of motion. Each session is designed to meet the needs of the individual.

As a Death Doula certified by the International Doula Life Movement, Jazmine works as a non-medical professional to support people and their loved ones emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually through their transition out of life. These services include but are not limited to comfort care, companionship, death positive discussions, home & office organization, advanced life planning, assistance running errands, legacy work and funeral/vigil planning. Free hour consultations are available to discuss how she can best address your needs.

This is an invitation for me to come to your home, place of work or other frequented space (ex. gym, park, sporting practice) and observe your setting & body mechanics. I will then provide a detailed plan on how to optimize your ergonomics.
