A 10-15 minute call or appointment for acute care issues (seasonal illness, migraines, pain, etc), open to clients who have already been through an Initial Consultation. If the acute issue requires more in-depth treatment this will be discussed with client and billed accordingly.

Treatment: Marma Therapy
An Ayurvedic acupressure-energy treatment. A marma point is a juncture on the body where two or more types of tissue meet, as well as points of vital life force. When imbalances block the movement of free-flowing energy in the body, the resulting stagnation leads to physical and mental discomfort and disease. Marma therapy is useful in: pain, stress, tension, energetic or emotional issues, balancing digestion, clearing toxicity, and calming the mind.
Treatment: Marma Therapy Add-on
Use this service to add-on Marma to another appointment or service. An Ayurvedic acupressure-energy treatment. Treatment: Marma Therapy
This 30-minute marma treatment is for specific and acute issues. Regular marma sessions should be booked as 60-minute. Please inquire if you have questions as to which treatment option is best for you.
Treatment: Shirodhara Initial
Shiro (head) + Dhara (pour). This traditional Āyuredic therapy is a form of oil therapy in which a continuous stream of warm oil is poured over the forehead and third eye. Shirodhara facilitates a deep state of relaxation and has a profound impact on the nervous system. Your session begins with Marma Therapy for the head, and doshically appropriate medicated oils are used for the pour. The first treatment includes a personalized oil that may be used for up to 4 treatments within a 4 month period. *Nothing should be taken (food or drink) 30-60 minutes before treatment.

Treatment: Netra Tarpana
Netra (eye) Tarpana (nourishment) tops the list of Āyurvedic therapies for issues of the eye. The organ of the eye, which also acts as a gateway to the mind and nervous system, is nourished with warm ghee in this stress relieving therapy. Localized marma therapy is also included.
Treatment: Basti Therapy
An Ayurvedic oil therapy. Organic flour is used to create a reservoir that is placed over the affected area of your body (i.e. spine, knee, eye, heart). Warm medicated oils are poured inside the reservoir, concentrating the healing benefits of the oil where you need it most. The oils penetrate the tissues deeply, bathing the affected tissues and nerve endings.
Treatment: Lepa
A localized herbal application to deliver site or organ specific herbal action.
Treatment: Nasya Karma
Nasal oleation, Nasya addresses issues of the head and neck physically and the mind the subtly, removing stagnation, and creating clarity. This nasya treatment begins with marma point therapy (ayurvedic acupressure) of the face, head, and neck as well as warm compresses on the sinuses. Warm oil is then placed in each nostril to lubricate the delicate mucous membranes. Nasya can benefit those suffering from allergies, sinusitis, frequent colds, stress, insomnia, and headaches.
Treatment: Nasya & Karna Purna Add-on
Administration of dosha balancing herbal oils through the nostrils and ears helps soothe and protect these sensitive passageways. Nasya nasal therapy can benefit those suffering from allergies, sinusitis, frequent colds, stress, insomnia, and headaches. Karna Purna is the practice of administering herbal oil to the ear, which supports ear health and issues such as tinnitus, hearing loss, and vertigo. Add this treatment to any appointment
