30 minute weekly progress meetings discuss your progress and set new goals in order to keep your workouts challenging and productive. At this time, we also discuss/review/track your nutritional goals to ensure that you're on track to reach your fitness goal(s). Nutritional guidance is extremely important in order to reach and maintain your desired weight/fitness goals.
