New Client Evaluation + PT Treatment
This appointment will involve a thorough evaluation and examination of your injury, pain, or dysfunction. The session involves educating you on your diagnosis, a thorough treatment, and a plan for improvement and optimal function - long term. Treatment options may include but are not limited to: Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, Joint Manipulation, Soft Tissue Manipulation/Massage, and or Therapeutic Exercises.
New Client Evaluation + Dry Needling
For New Clients - includes a necessary, brief evaluation and Dry Needling treatment. Trigger Point Dry Needling is a treatment technique that decreases pain, increases mobility, and improves function. Dry Needling (also, trigger point dry needling) involves inserting a very small, thin needle into tight and restricted muscles. A large population, including professional athletes, are using this technique to effectively treat acute and chronic orthopedic musculoskeletal conditions. Improvement in symptoms and overall performance are generally seen within 2-6 treatment sessions, but may vary depending on the cause and duration of the symptoms.
Complimentary Screen
Not sure what to do about your pain or injury? Receive a complimentary injury screen or assessment and receive a diagnosis, determine if MRI or Xray is needed, and learn how we can treat it. You will be educated on your diagnosis, receive a sample treatment, and discuss a plan for recovery. *New Clients Only*
Dry Needling
*Returning Clients Only* Trigger Point Dry Needling is a treatment technique that decreases pain, increases mobility, and improves function. Dry Needling (also, trigger point dry needling) involves inserting a very small, thin needle into tight and restricted muscles. A large population, including professional athletes, are using this technique to effectively treat acute and chronic orthopedic musculoskeletal conditions. At Reneu, dry needling is combined with traditional physical therapy treatments to promote a quick return to activity. Improvement in symptoms and overall performance are generally seen within 2-4 treatment sessions, but may vary depending on the cause and duration of the symptoms.
Physical Therapy Session (30 min)
*Returning Clients Only* This appointment will include: Dry Needling (if applicable), joint manipulation, soft tissue work and corrective exercise. We utilize a variety of manual/hands-on techniques that are designed to restore proper movement, prevent injury, alleviate pain, as well improve performance. Our expert Physical Therapist addresses soft tissue and joint dysfunctions, and treats them using myofascial release, joint manipulation. trigger point manual therapy, and functional exercise with the goal of helping patients reach their full potential.
Physical Therapy Session (45 min)
*Returning Clients Only* This session will include: Dry Needling (if applicable), joint manipulation, soft tissue work, corrective exercise with an extra focus on myofascial release and function movements. We utilize a variety of manual/hands-on techniques that are designed to restore proper movement, prevent injury, alleviate pain, as well improve performance. Our Physical Therapist addresses soft tissue and joint problems using myofascial release, joint manipulation and functional exercise to treat various musculoskeletal dysfunctions and allow patients to reach their full potential. These treatments are considered medically necessary. Please call us to verify your out-of-network insurance benefits, if interested.

PROstretch (25 min)
Assisted Stretching Session: One of our expert Physical Therapists will guide you through a series of stretching movements to increase flexibility, pliability and joint mobility. Utilizing muscle relaxation and activation techniques, we will increase your flexibility immediately to assist with recovery as well as injury prevention. The 25 minute session will include either the upper body, or lower body, or one general body part that needs the work. If you are interested in a total body stretch, book our 55 minute session.
PROstretch (55 min)
Assisted Stretching Session: One of our expert Physical Therapists will guide you through a series of stretching movements to increase flexibility, pliability and joint mobility. Utilizing muscle relaxation and activation techniques, we will increase your flexibility immediately to assist with recovery as well as injury prevention. The 55 minute session will include a whole body stretching and mobility experience.
Personal Plus Training
Whether your goals are to lose weight, gain strength, or learn how to "workout" without injuring yourself, you will receive a tailored workout routine that meets your body's needs and demands. Utilizing basic equipment and body weighted activities, you will feel comfortable while working in a healing, private atmosphere. Each session will vary from 45-60 min in length.
Sports Massage (30 min)
Sports massage is geared toward all kinds of athletes, from professionals to weekend-warriors. The technique is specific to the athlete's sport of choice, and focuses on areas of the body that are overused and placed under excessive stress. The 30 Minute session allows work to be done to either the upper body, or lower body. This treatment is considered NOT medically necessary and will not be covered by insurance. Sports Massage is a wellness/maintenance visit only.

Sports massage is geared toward all kinds of athletes, from professionals to weekend-warriors. The technique is specific to the athlete's sport of choice, and focuses on areas of the body that are overused and placed under excessive stress. The 60 Min Session allows work to be done to both the upper body and lower body. This treatment is considered NOT medically necessary and will not be covered by insurance. Sports Massage is a wellness/maintenance visit only.
Running Assessment
Using slow motion video and gait analysis, we will look at everything from strike patterns, to vertical displacement, and everything in between. When asymmetries are found, it doesn't necessarily mean that something needs to be "fixed," but with slight modifications we can determine how best to improve performance and/or decrease pain. You will be given a printout of each area that was assessed, as well as a plan for moving forward.
Private Yoga Session
Guided yoga flows for those who are new to yoga - or advanced in the practice - to create a balanced mind and body connection. Dr. Sarah Demarest offers one-on-one teaching, as well as small group and large group classes. Her sessions are focused on reducing stress and pain, creating length and mobility, and detoxifying the body and mind.

Dr. Sarah Demarest, PT, DPT
Dr. Sarah Specializes in treating low back and hip pain, running injuries and focusing on “retraining” posture to reduce pain and prevent injury. She also teaches private yoga sessions in-home.
