Please make sure to bring your unexpired I-9 documents with you to the onboarding appointment. If you are a current employee, all we need is a form of ID. **Copies/scans will not be accepted.**
When booking your hire appointment, please state the department you are being hired for under Appointment Notes.
BEFORE BOOKING: Please Visit: uscis.gov/i-9-central/acceptable-documents (only unexpired/originals will be accepted, NO COPIES). You must bring the official documents to your appointment.--
WHEN BOOKING: In the notes section, you must include the name of your hiring manager. *Appointment requests missing this information will be denied*-----
DURING APPOINTMENT: You will meet with student life HR to complete new hire paperwork for your new position within the Student Life Cluster. Congratulations!
