Problem-focused visit for strain/ sprain type injury, minor wounds, bruising and limited pain-related problems.
Acupuncture is a gentle technique using tiny, sterile, single-use needles to stimulate specific points on the body. This is commonly used for pain relief, relaxation, wellness optimization and for problem-specific treatments.
Cupping is a technique that may be scheduled as an add-on service with acupuncture to release fascia and muscular restrictions. Cupping uses suction inside cups that are placed directly on your skin over areas of tension. These are either left in place or moved around a broad area using therapeutic massage oil. Because of the suction and pressure involved, there may be temporary markings or bruising after treatment (for example, you may not want to book this just before going to a summer wedding in a backless dress).
Tui Na
Tui Na is a technique that may be scheduled as an add-on service with acupuncture. Deep tissue and problem-focused bodywork, may include application of therapeutic massage oil or herbal liniment, facilitated stretching, mobilization, and gua sha if appropriate.
Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture
Aesthetic acupuncture for facial rejuvenation uses acupuncture and tui na techniques to enhance skin health and appearance. By enhancing well being, increasing blood flow and promoting collagen formation, it can brighten and clear the skin as well as reduce the appearance of fine lines and dark circles. It is a natural and effective way to look and feel like your best self. For maximal effects, it is done in a series of at least six treatments. Due to possible redness or mild bruising, it is best to have at least one week to rest after treatment before any special events.
