New Patient - Initial Evaluation
New Patient Initial Evaluation includes: History. Functional Assessment of Complaint Area(s). Range of motion ability movement. *Partial Treatment to complain area(s). Recommended Treatment Plan of Care. *While treatment may not be a standard session, my goal is to help provide some relief within this session.
Student - New Patient/Evaluation
Student Only - New Patient Initial Evaluation includes: History. Functional Assessment of Complaint Area(s). Range of motion ability movement. *Partial Treatment to complain area(s). *Fascial Stretch Therapy - Chiropractic Care. Recommended Treatment Plan of Care. *While treatment may not be a standard session, my goal is to help provide some relief within this session.
30 min Therapy Sessions
This session provides majority work on either upper or lower body issues. Table based, assisted stretching to relieve pain, opens joints, improves sports performance and flexibility/range of motion. Wear stretchy, comfy clothing and hydrate well to get the best response from your tissues. Includes Chiropractic Care. does not include Voila Method.
45 min Therapy Sessions
This session provides full body assessment-work on both upper and lower body issues. Table based, assisted stretching to relieve pain, opens joints, improves sports performance and flexibility/range of motion. Wear stretchy, comfy clothing and hydrate well to get the best response from your tissues. Includes: Chiropractic Care. Voila Method.
60 min Therapy Sessions
This session provides full body assessment-work on both upper and lower body issues. Table based, assisted stretching to relieve pain, opens joints, improves sports performance and flexibility/range of motion. Wear stretchy, comfy clothing and hydrate well to get the best response from your tissues. Includes: -Chiropractic Care -Voila Method
Chiropractic Manipulation - Existing Clients.
Chiropractic manipulation. A realignment of your spine. minimal soft tissue work. * Scheduled after Initial Evaluation Only*
Personal Training 2x/wk - 8 Sessions month
Personal training one-one. Approx. 55 minute sessions for approx 2 times per week. Includes Weight Lifting, Plyometrics, TRX, RipTrainer, Boxing, Kettle Bells, Cross Training, and Cardiovascular HIIT protocols. Locked In Training Time Reservation. *sessions do not roll over; vacation/leave suspension options available.
Personal Training 3x/wk - 12 Sessions month
Personal training one-one. Approx. 55 minute sessions for 3 times per week. Includes Weight Lifting, Plyometrics, TRX, RipTrainer, Boxing, Kettle Bells, Cross Training, and Cardiovascular HIIT protocols. Locked In Training Time Reservation. *sessions do not roll over; vacation/leave suspension options available.
Personal Training 4x/wk - 16 Sessions month
Personal training one-one. Approx. 55 minute sessions for 4 times per week. Includes Weight Lifting, Plyometrics, TRX, RipTrainer, Boxing, Kettle Bells, Cross Training, and Cardiovascular HIIT protocols. Locked In Training Time Reservation. *sessions expire within 45 days, do not roll over.

Personal Training approx 55 mins. Includes Weight Lifting, Plyometrics, TRX, RipTrainer, Boxing, Kettle Bells, Cross Training, and Cardiovascular HIIT protocols.
