5 Senses Sound Bath Experience

Relax in a cozy recliner while enjoying your selected aromatherapy. You'll use your senses of taste and touch while you envision your happy place and drift away as you're immersed in the beautiful harmonics and frequencies that deeply resonate to every cell of your body from 8 crystal singing bowls. This session is for 1 or 2 people so you can go solo or bring a family member or friend for a shared experience. One hour session time includes 15 minutes for YOU to play the bowls if you choose!

MPS Therapy (Neurostim)

Neurostim is the general application of a gentle microcurrent to an area of dysfunctional tissue. Specifically, MPS Therapy organizes the use of the Dolphin Neurostim device using specific protocols that typically include traditional acupuncture points and trigger points. MPS Therapy can also be used to soften and release scar tissue and nerve root entrapment. Treatment times range from a 15 min add-on service to a one hour stand-alone session.

Mechanical Percussion Massage

The Theragun Pro professional percussion massager is a powerful tool that can bring deep relief fast. As a stand-alone treatment, you will be clothed on the treatment table during your session.

Agape Massage

Select up to 7 essential oils from my extensive collection to be applied to your feet during a 15-20 minute foot massage w/reflexology. The remainder of your session will be a custom-blended massage with a continued emphasis on relaxation. You may feel a stronger than usual sense of peace and calming as, throughout the Agape Session, I use the silent mantra/prayer "Lord, make me an instrument of your peace and healing for (your name), in Jesus' name, Amen."

Reiki Master Massage

The opening segment (about 1/4 of the session) is to deliver Reiki energy as needed to prepare the body for massage. Reiki is given using hands, eyes (Gyoshi Ho), and breath (Koki-Ho). In the middle segment (about half the session) you'll receive your custom-blended massage. During this segment Reiki will still continue to be given by Gyoshi Ho (eyes) and Koki-Ho (breath) methods. The final segment (about 1/4 of your session) delivers Reiki energy as needed to complete your body/mind balancing.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. Reiki can be used to clear auras and balance chakras. I use several methods of delivering Reiki to a recipient including Byosen (body scanning), Gyoshi-ho (treatment by eyes), Reiji-ho (treatment by spiritual guidance), Chiryo (treatment by inner guidance), and koki-ho (treatment by breathe) and Jacki-kiri (cut negative energy).

This is a cupping session only. Dynamic cupping, static cupping, or a combination of both cupping techniques.
