The Fascial Facial ®
The Fascial Facial ® was developed by Adam Ottavi in 2020. The 90-minute session works to stimulate, rejuvenate, and mobilize the skin, fascia, muscles, and soft tissues of the face, neck, and head. The session is based on both the 7th Session of the Rolf ® 10-series as well as contemporary fascia research. Often, results include relaxation, a more even tonality, increased blood flow, an improved appearance, as well as easier and more fluid functioning of the eyes, nose, mouth, and facial expressions. The Fascial Facial ® is especially helpful at moving lymph and relieving chronic tension from prolonged technology use and screen time.
